1. Eligible Purchases
Refunds may be considered for credit purchases or subscription charges made directly through our website when the service was not delivered as described or when a technical issue on our side prevented you from using purchased credits.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed, for dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, for account terminations due to policy violations (including NSFW or prohibited content), or for purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@oviai.video with your account email, order or payment reference, purchase date, and a brief explanation. We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–14 business days after approval.
